For minutes of the last AGM see: https://wftr.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023-AGM-Minutes-2.pdf
Christmas Cheer
To follow the AGM, if time permits, Terry has put together a Christmas picture quiz! It should take approximately 30 minutes and will be the final WFTR event of 2025.
WFTR Raffle
No nominations have yet been received to do our club night raffle for from the AGM onwards. This has been a significant way of ensuring our funds are kept healthy and if nobody comes forward the end result will be a gradual decline in Group funds.
Not The WFTR Christmas Party

We currently have 29 registered to attend the party which is less than the planned 36 required to achieve a balanced cost to members versus subsidy from Group funds. Therefore see the AGM Agenda resolution above which we will vote on if numbers do not increase. If you have not registered and would like to attend then do so at: https://wftr.co.uk/event/not-the-2025-christmas-party/
Upcoming Events
This will be presented and discussed at the AGM.
TR Register Issues
- Mark Bullford is no longer the South East Area Coordinator for the Register. Roger Hogarth has volunteered to act in this role in addition to the same function he does for Eastern area.
- There is to be a TR Register Group Leader meeting in February 2026. The key folk pulling this together are seeking any input from Register members, which they would like discussed at such a meeting to be submitted by early January. If any WFTR members have an issue they would like taken to the meeting in Feb 26 then please let the current committee know up to 02 Dec and then the new committee post that date or e-mail at: mail@windsorforest.co.uk. This is a chance to make your voice heard should you have an issue.
