Adventure Golf
Well that was fun. We met at the golf club in time for coffee, then it was time to get competitive. It was girls v boys and as there were three zones to the course we set off on our different adventures. Avis got frightened by a grizzly bear, and Barry lost his ball in the frozen waste but we all survived and the end result was very close with the girls winning by just one point. The ‘best boy’ prize went to Tim and Avis was ‘Best Girl’. After lunch we tested our skills on the driving range with mixed results – Laurence said he had never done it before but we are not so sure about that!! If that wasn’t enough we were all invited back to Terry & Helen’s for tea and cake in the garden. So yes, it definitely was fun!!
