WFTR Club Night – New Venue

The Committee has decided that we will go ahead with the July Club Night.
The basis of the evening is that we will be outside only, where a group of up to 30 is legal (there is lots of outside seating). There is no intent to congregate inside, but should members wish to sit inside before, after or during the meeting then this will be by their own personal arrangement, hopefully with a maximum group of 6 to be Covid compliant.
We will be dependent on the weather of course, but have decided that if there is a risk of rain then a stop press warning will be sent to those who intend to come informing them not to. Additionally in order that we can give some form of indication to the De Havilland of how many will come we ask that you register in the normal way. We do not want to miss the opportunity of attending this new club night location having got members and the establishments hopes up.
