Summer BBQ – Rescheduled from 27th June

Laurence and Suzanne have kindly agreed to organise another Summer BBQ preceeded by a run on the same basis as 2019.   As we were unable run our 25th anniversary celebrations organised by Kevin and Pat we will be using the BBQ to run part of the route we were going to use in March 2020 plus give out rally plates, route book (navigation by the use of Tulips) and free WFTR pens.  All of these items had been pre purchased for the March 21/22 2020 WFTR 25th anniversary event.

 

For 30 Aug we will, as previously planned for 25th, meet at the Redfields Garden Centre, Redfields Lane, Church Crookham, Fleet, GU52 0AB at 09:30 a.m. for complimentary tea/coffee and cake/cookie.  We would also like to take a photo of the Group to get as close to a memorable photo shoot to celebrate 26 years since the formation of Windsor Forest TR Group.  This will be done at 09:40 prior to tea/coffee and cake/cookie.  We hope you will all enjoy the day.
