Drive It Day 2022 – South East Event

This combined South East Region Drive it Day event will take place at Chatham Dockyard, Kent.  Kent Group are the focal point organisers with support and assistance being provided by other SE area Groups and our Area Director, Jeff Roberts. Planning is advancing rapidly the latest update from which is:

1. The Dockyard are expecting us to arrive between 10.30am and 11.00am.

2. All registered have now paid and will/have been issued with wristbands and a program for the day.  Should anyone wish to register to participate between 13 Apr (date of this post) and the event that will be managed separately.

3.  Of the 3 optional routes to travel to Chatham Dockyard the majority have opted for the non M25 Southern (A25) route.  This will take 2hr:21mins (2hr:6mins without traffic) and be 71.4 miles.   Therefore we will assemble at the Hogs Back Services (GU101EU) at 07:45 a.m. for an 08:00a.m. sharp departure. 

4.  Those not wishing to take the route at 3. above should make their own way to the Dockyard (ME44TZ) by their own means and route, but aiming to arrive at around 10:30 a.m.
