Buckler’s Hard
It was raining ‘Cats and Dogs’ when we left home to meet up at the Hen & Chicken Inn near Alton and we all thought it would be pretty wet all day. How wrong we were! By the time we arrived at Bucklers Hard the rain had stopped and as we finished our coffee the sun was coming out and it ended up being a lovely sunny day. The museum was fascinating and the boat trip a real treat. Thanks to Marilyn and Mike we all had a great time.
