2024 Cream Tea Run
The plans had been in place for many months and everyone eagerly awaited the day. But the weather intervened and heavy rain forecast so the decision to bin the run and just eat scones was made. Then on the day of the event the sun came out and it was warm and dry. Until the moment when the tables were to be moved outside then thunder and lightening prevailed.
Michelle in the meantime was baking lots of scones and Graham laid the tables:
At 2.30 precisely everyone arrived at the Bridge House Tea Rooms: Avis and Tim, Barry and Jenny, Mike and Lynda, Darren & Christine, Laurence and Suzanne, Terry and Helen, Chris and Steve, Cliff and Coral, John Foard, Andy and Jane.
