Herrrots Hotel is set in the picturesque market town of Skipton at the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales. The hotel is just a short stroll down the canal path to Skipton High Street.
It has been voted in the top three Yorkshire places to stay in Skipton by the Yorkshire Post Magazine. It also has a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2017 awarded for the 7th consecutive year. It has also been a finalist in the White Rose Awards 2015 and 2016 for small hotel of the year. The restaurant called Rhubarb has the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2017.
The rooms are situated in the original grade 2 listed building or on the first floor overlooking the courtyard to the converted stable block. The rooms all have character, calming décor and crisp bed linen. Each room has a flat screen TV with Freeview channels. Large comfortable double bed (or twin beds), tea and coffee making facilities, ensuite bathroom with shower or bath with overhead shower, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, free Wi-Fi internet access.
Single rooms are available if required.
While in the Dales it is hoped to enjoy for example, but all to be confirmed: a canal boat trip, steam railway ride, car show on Sunday in Skipton, visit to a creamery, caves, drives in the dales and possibly other things as there is so much to do and see.
